Introduction
Lewis Hamilton is a well known f1 racing car driver. He has won many records.

Lewis Hamilton was born on 7th of January 1985 in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England.
He was inspired to be a racing car driver by his dad when he bought him a go kart on his 6th birthday. When he was 7 his dad got him a radio controlled car, which gave him his first taste of racing competition. Hamilton began karting in 1993, when he was eight and quickly began winning races. Two years later Hamilton approached the Mclaren team boss and asked if he could race for there cars the boss said phone me in 9 years and we will sort something out. Hamilton progressed to intercontinental A max(1999) Formula A (2000) Formula Super A (2001) and became European Champion 2001 with Maximum points.

Hamilton joined Mclaren in 2007. He won his first race in the 2007 Canadian GP. He finished 3rd in the Drivers Championship. In 2008 He won his first Drivers Championship. He joined Mercedes in 2013. At the Hungarian Grand Prix, Hamilton won the race from an unexpected pole position, eventually crossing the line nearly 11 seconds ahead of second-place finisher Kimi Räikkönen. In 2014 Hamilton won his 2nd Drivers Championship and then again in 2015 and 2017. The 2016 Season Nico Rosberg, Hamilton's Teammate was in his final year before retiring and Won an unexpected Drivers Championship while Lewis Came 2nd. Hamilton was, in 2018, in a Fight for Five Because Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton were on 4 Drivers Championships but Vettel had problems that year and Hamilton won it. Ferrari were expected to Come into the 2019 season very strong in the practice of the Australian gp people thought they were they pretending to be slow but in the race they found out they were not. Bottas, Hamilton's New teammate won the first race with Hamilton 2nd then Leclar Had problems in the second race so Hamilton was 1st and Bottas 2nd.

Lewis Hamilton has won many records.
His number is 44. He has entered 230 races and started 230 races. Lewis has won 5 championships (2008, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018). Won 73 races. Hamilton has had 135 podiums, 3,036 Career points, 84 pole positions and 41 fastest laps. His first Entry was 2007 Australian GP, First win 2007 Canadian GP, Last win 2019 Bahrain Gp, Last Entry 2019 Bahrain GP. 2018 position:1st,408 points.
Conclusion
Lewis Hamilton is a very successful Racing Car driver. Only one person has had more Racing Car Drivers Championships than him. He has had more pole positions than any other driver in history!
I chose this piece of writing because I really enjoyed doing the information report, I was always really exited to continue with the report. I have learned a lot about Lewis Hamilton as a kid not just as an adult in his racing career eg. He got a kart when he was 6
